Living in North america's most romantic city is a privilege not everyone is lucky enough to have.

Even though the city is steeped in history, the year-round activities and ever growing business activity, makes of Quebec a preferred destination for thousands of people every year wanting to move and settle down here.

The Building

This condo is located on 5 Rue d' Auteuil, just few steps away from Rue St Jean and Place d' Youville, -the heart of the old city- where all bus lines converge. Surrounded by the Parc de l' Artillerie, you can be sure to be on the middle of the action without loosing a bit of your privacy and tranquility.

  The condo is located on a 4 story building with only 8 apartments. All apartments are on two levels, giving you the largest amount of space available on the Old City !!

An historical building renovated on 1999, all exteriors are on the original brick and stones, and interiors are made using the best materials to ensure your comfort every season of the year.

A paying parking lot is situated just behind the building, and all streets close to the building and its surroundings allow easy traffic in and out of the city, even during the crowded summer festivals !!

 

This is the view of Rue Saint Jean and Place D'Youville from the entrance of the building. As you can see all the action is just around the corner. The opposite side leads to the "Basse Ville" through the Parc de l' Artillerie; being the train station and Boulevard Charest only 5 minutes walk from the building.  

 A small private patio is available for all residents to enjoy the hot summer days around friends and BBQ.

Also an underground cabanon to store stuff such as bycicles, skis, summer chairs, etc.

Recycling containers are as well available for waste disposal.

 

The Condo

 The Condo is located on the ground level and is a two-floors unit.

Three large windows (cathedral) brings a lot of light to the condo. Behind the windows you can see a small garden and patio belonging to the condo and accessible through the kitchen.

The Kitchen

A "Dinette" area separate the dining room from the kitchen for a quick meal. Exit to terrace from window.

 

Kitchen has plenty of storage space everywhere; actually more than what you will really need. All equipment is brand new: fridge, stove on vitroceramic, dishwasher, and microwave all included on the location.

 

 

The Bedrooms

Nowhere else in the Old Quebec area will you find a 3 bedrooms condominium for this price and with all these facilities. The condo is suitable for a family (it can accomodate up to 5 pax only on the bedrooms area), or an individual wanting to work from home.

The master bedroom is on original stones and wooden "poutres" with a huge window and a lot of natural daylight. 

 

Furthermore two large closets, one walk-in with a lot of space, and another one a bit smaller but deep enough to fit not only the daily clothing but also this stuff we use only once or twice a year !!

  

 The second room is ideal for a children (or two). It fits a bunker-bed, double on the bottom and single on the top.

Fitted aerial shelves, gives a lot of space for cloths and toys.

 

 

 

The third room, larger than the second, can accomodate a sofa bed for two more people, plus bookshelves and a studio table for a computer.

It can be used as a bedroom for the little ones or for office at home or both.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This bedroom has a large closet that can be used to store clothes or just tools and boxes. The closet goes underneath the condo's stairs so it can be used as storeroom with plenty space.

Bathroom and Services

The main bathroom is located on the underground with the bedrooms. It has an antique-looking tub with hand-shower, lavabo, W.C and plenty of storage space.

Just outside of the bathroom there is the laundry cabinet with brand new washer and dryer and a lot of aerial space for linen and detergents. A dehumidifier is also installed on the bottom level to make the atmosphere much more enjoyable on winter time.
